In our first meeting, we’d like to know you and everything about your situation so we can provide you with sound legal advice moving forward. This is the part where we’ll also know whether we’re the right fit for your circumstances or not.
If you decide to engage with us moving forward, we’ll roll our sleeves up and handle all the paperwork and do the legwork. We’ll negotiate with the other party and their lawyers to settle and get the best possible outcome for your case.
As much as possible, we avoid stepping into court, as it will only cost you more money and stress. If it comes to the crunch and there’s no other option but court action, we’re more than capable and ready to represent you.
We offer personalised service that is tailored to your specific needs. We understand that each case is unique and requires a different approach, which is why we take the time to get to
know you and your situation in order to provide the best
possible outcome.

Even if a property is only in one partner’s name, the other partner may still have a claim to it, particularly if they have made significant financial contributions towards it. This will depend on the specific circumstances of the case.
If there is a dispute over the property, then neither partner can sell it without the other’s consent. If one partner does sell the property without the other’s consent, then they may be liable for damages.
While it is possible to resolve property disputes without a lawyer, it is generally recommended that you seek legal advice to ensure that your rights are protected and that you get a fair outcome. A lawyer can also help you to understand your legal options and the likely outcome of your case.
